Edge Pilot: Battersea Residences
Automatry Edge is being deployed at Battersea residences with maintenance oversight, energy analytics, and water safety integration.
The pilot focuses on anomaly detection, leak response workflows, and visibility for maintenance teams and estate management.
The Context
Residential properties at Battersea Power Station comprise a mix of luxury studios, 1-3 bedroom apartments, and penthouses across phases like Circus West Village, the Power Station, Prospect Place, and Koa at Electric Boulevard. These homes feature modern, high-spec interiors, with Titan Products at the heart of the control system.
The Solution
Automatry Edge integrates natively with the Titan Products ecosystem. By sitting securely on the network, the platform provides the maintenance team with deep visibility into system health, moving beyond simple alarms to predictive oversight.
Focus Areas
Energy Waste Reduction: The AI model actively monitors heating and cooling demand, identifying "passing" valves and units that are fighting against each other, ensuring energy isn't wasted in empty apartments. Water Safety Integration: We are exploring deep integration with leak detection systems that can isolate valves, with Edge monitoring events, surfacing status, and feeding that intelligence back into the wider maintenance workflow. Client Oversight: Providing clear, non-technical dashboards for the client team to understand the real-time health of their estate without needing to interrogate a complex BMS head-end.
This pilot demonstrates the power of software-led maintenance in the residential sector, ensuring that complex smart home systems continue to deliver the luxury experience they were designed for.
