Automatry is supporting apartment controls at King's Road Park Phase 3 with Price Building Services.
Our scope is focused on in-apartment control setup, second-fix works, and commissioning across a large residential phase.
King's Road Park is a large Berkeley St William development in Fulham, delivered across multiple phases and residential blocks. Our current work is focused on the apartment control layer, not the landlord BMS.
That distinction matters. Apartment controls need a different kind of discipline: repeatable setup, careful second-fix work, clean commissioning, and a consistent experience across many homes without losing track of the individual detail in each apartment.
Repetition still needs care
Large residential phases can make controls look repetitive from a distance, but the quality is in how the repetition is managed. Product schedules, control setup, wiring checks, room interfaces and commissioning records all need to line up.
Our role is to keep that process controlled and practical, so apartment systems are commissioned with evidence and handed over with fewer unknowns.
