Education projects need controls that are robust, understandable and easy for facilities teams to operate. The spaces have to support daily use, changing occupancy and long-term maintenance without becoming difficult to manage after handover.

Our work covered BMS design, supply, installation and commissioning, with the control layer coordinated around the building services serving the new school accommodation.

The value of a BMS is not just in the panel or the graphics. It is in whether the system helps the building run properly, whether equipment is visible, and whether issues can be understood by the people responsible for the site.
