Strategic Partnership with Titan Products

Automatry and Titan Products continue to deepen a long-standing integration partnership across live projects and R&D.

The partnership supports native Edge integration patterns, commissioning efficiency, and reliable long-term operations.

Titan’s UK-manufactured controls hardware forms a core part of many of the systems we design, integrate, and commission across residential and commercial projects. Over time, the relationship has grown beyond standard product integration, developing into a close technical partnership grounded in shared engineering values and a detailed understanding of how buildings are delivered and operated in practice.

As a Premier Integration Specialist, we work extensively with Titan’s Netmaster and IO platforms, designing and commissioning complex BACnet-based systems that need to perform reliably from day one and remain maintainable throughout the building lifecycle. This on-site experience directly informs how we approach system architecture, fault handling, and long-term operational clarity.

Native integration with Edge

As Automatry Edge has developed, it has been designed to work natively with Titan systems. By consuming structured point data directly from the Titan ecosystem, Edge reduces integration overhead, simplifies commissioning, and improves data consistency from installation through to ongoing operation.

This native approach allows Edge to sit cleanly alongside the BMS, providing deeper visibility and analytics without introducing additional middleware or fragile point-mapping layers. For maintenance teams and operators, this results in clearer insights built on data they can trust.

A shared direction

Beyond project delivery, our collaboration with Titan increasingly includes joint development and R&D. Together, we’re exploring improved deployment patterns, validation tooling, and system structures that better reflect the realities of modern buildings and commissioning workflows.

This work focuses on reducing friction on site, improving system transparency, and creating a stronger foundation for software-led analytics and oversight. Feedback flows both ways - from live projects back into both hardware configuration and software design; ensuring improvements are driven by real-world use rather than theory.

Built through real projects

What makes this partnership effective is that it’s grounded in active delivery. Working side by side across live projects allows both teams to iterate continuously, refine best practices, and raise the overall quality of system outcomes for clients.

As our Labs and Edge platform continue to develop, Titan remains a key technical partner in shaping how robust controls hardware and modern software come together in real deployments.
